The pair of speakers reviewed here is an older pair. It does not have the latest tweeter, wire, xover parts (all very expensive Mundorf) and lasted jacks. The new speakers are suppose to sound much, much better.....of course, at a price. The cheapest dual 8 inch speaker (Continuum) from SPtech is now $9000 a pair. I believe you can have yours updated if you really want the wow factor to go up. Great speakers then and way better now.
