The Mini Mites are only 25w.
I suspect you would get enormous dynamics to couple the micro-detail of you used a more powerful amp.
The speakers have both a placment device (switchable between near-wall and free space) and a tweeter attenuator (plus or minus a small amount) and I am not going near either of them! At least until I figure they are very well burned in.
