ALL metal domes ring just a matter of how much.
That's why I only have soft domes (Dynaudio).
If you look at the response graph of them -
you will see a spike between 22-25KHz.
That's the resonance of the dome.
The option is getting a soft dome BUT
the B&W is crossed over at 2.5KHz.
Too low for a soft dome tweeter.
So your SOL - Sorry.
