I own Stirling Broadcast LS3/5A V2s. In my room with my other equipment (and i have a bunch of different tube and SS amps and preamps), i prefer this speaker to the Compact 7, but not the M-30 which I can't afford anyway. And it's not a Bass or dynamics issue. The M-30 is better balanced and has a smoother mid-range than the C7. The M-30 is also voiced more like a Pro Monitor than the C7 and that's what i like about the Stirlings that I own.

The only thing that would make me think about another speaker is if i moved to a place with a bigger listening room and that's not likely.
