Infinity IRS Sigma EMIM

I've developed a buzzing/rattle when playing back certain midrange sounds (like some male voices)and am worried that I have an EMIM diaphragm or crossover that is damaged.

Any feedback appreciated, especially thoughts on determining whether this is a diaphragm or crossover problem. Also, though they're tough to locate, any ideas for a source for replacement EMIM, diaphragm, and/or crossover?
