2 Way Crossover Question

woof/mid - Frequency range: 35-5,000 Hz
tweeter - Frequency response: 3,000 - 20,000 Hz

The Crossover I am going to buy says... "There is no low pass filter section so the woofer will reproduce its full response width. 100watts. A 12 dB per octave high pass filter with your choice of either a 3,000 Hz or 5,000 Hz crossover point."

Which one should I pick? The 3000 or the 5000?
