Most all serial-type crossovers such as this run the woofer near full range with the tweeter as an upper-frequency helper. It is not a drop-in one-size-fits-all substitute for an existing loudspeaker system's crossover circut. Altho many people DIY loudspeakers, such self-design is not for the novice as there is much to be taken into account. Most successful DIY speaker builders utilize self-measurement & computer modeling resources in the design process, or they replicate an existing & proven design, or assemble a kit. Perhaps visit a more-specialized DIY speaker-building www forum; most discusson here in this forum catagory concerns currently available commercially designed & assembled loudspeakers rather than DIY. The link below is a start & where this particular AR crossover has been thouroughly discussed & evaluated in the past.
