I have heard all three, though not in a setting that would allow a fair comparison.
The Callistos are the most precise and revealing of the three, in my opinion - but they are not a truly fullrange speaker. I had a pair of Callistos back when I was a Green Mountain Audio dealer, and think very highly of the speaker within its SPL and bass limitations.
The Vandies are the warmest, and are what I'd call a fullrange speaker. They do many things very well without doing anything obviously wrong (some speakers are great in one or two areas but fall down badly elsewhere and thus ruin the illusion - not so the Vandies). In my opinion, this is the most all-around capable speaker on your list.
The Zu's are the most dynamic and have the most passionate following. Not everyone falls in love with them, so audition first if at all possible - but those who do usually love them intensely. Many Zu owners are designated "Listening Posts", so contact Zu to see if there's one in your area.
Your amp should work fine with any of these speakers, but the Druids would probably be at their best with a specialty tube amp.
Feel free to e-mail me if you have any questions. I won't mention any speakers I sell unless you ask me to.
