FWIW, I compared them briefly a couple of weeks ago. I can't remember which PSB, but I think that it was probably the Image T55. The B&W was the 684. I strongly preferred the B&W, and didn't care much for the PSB's sound, which struck me as lacking in clarity and kind of tubby-sounding. The B&W's were certainly clearer and more neutral sounding. I ran out of time at the shop, but the same shop did have the Revel F12; I listened for just a minute or two, and it sounded very promising, so I'll be going back to listen again, probably comparing it to the B&W 683's, which are about the same price.
You might want to put the Monitor Silver RS6 or RS8 speakers on your list; I heard the RS6's (in a different shop, alas, with completely different amplification) and liked them a lot.
