I think you have described the sound quality of the MA GS line "to a T", I'm in total agreement. The Dyn's also have good clarity and are more tonally nuetral in the upper-treble, but I find that they tend to have a touch of upper mid-range glare at higher volumes and they do't sound as transparent as the GS's. Still, both are very good speakers and only you ears can decide which is right for you.
