I have no first hand experience with this person or product, but it is of reasonable design and price (if for a pair). Don't be afraid to re-cap the existing x-over. This will help. Also a good idea to plug the port.

I have a pair of JBL 2402H and 2405 tweets. I'm currently using the 2405s. they are in an external cabinet as I have a tri-amp configuration. The external hi-freq crossover is set so that the L100 tweet is never used.
