all you like. There are some jerks who will criticize anything that's successful or popular, regardless of its actual merit.
In the case of B&W, they have proven that, not only do they offer very good to excellent products, but they also care about their customers, even long after a sale is made. My speakers are going on 20 years old, but I got a response to my e-mailed inquiry to B&W within 12 hours, including the complete parts lists and all drawings of the total assembly and all sub-assemblies of 802 Matrix drivers, enclosures, crossovers, and wiring harnesses.
They are certainly not audiophiles' Bose.
I love dealing with companies that care about the quality of their products and the satisfaction of their customers. I do not deal more than once, if I can help it, with companies who cannot manage to make reliable products or at least service them efficiently, no matter how good or inexpensive they are in any other aspect.
Peace,
Tom E
