Epicure Model 20+

I found a pair of Epicure 20+ speakers...the tweeters are excellent but the woofers need new foam.
The grills and cabinets are in very good shape for their age so I want to refurbish them.
My question is, do I refoam the woofers or go to Partsexpress and put in new 8" woofers? Should I plan on replacing the caps in the crossovers?
Heck, should I even pull the Epicure Inverted Dome tweeters and put in new ones, along with new crossovers?
What would you do?
FYI....I also have a pair of Epicure 20's, which are the same as the 20+ but a little different grill setup. The 20's do NOT have the original woofers but do have the later version of the tweeters....without the aluminum cast plates. The 20's are a little rougher than the 20+'s, but not by much.
Again, what would you do? I am on a tight budget.
