Tannoy DC15 silvers will sound great in any room. The room I used mine in was much smaller than the one you propose. Certainly the bass response was limited. But more important than the size of the room is the size of the enclosure housing the drivers. Volume behind the drivers matters for bass extension. My drivers had 5 cu.ft. boxes. I could have done with two or three times the volume. Also, try to get the drivers up in the center of the room. You won't hear the seamless transition if the drivers are sitting next to the floor.
