Speakers for BAT VK-300x SE

General speaker questions for audio and home theater.

I'm looking for new speakers that will be powered by a BAT VK-300x SE integrated amp (tube preamp ss power amp) in the $3-4K range. Looking for a floor standing model that would mate well with the BAT in a 15 X 12 X 8' room.
My listening tastes are mostly "classic" rock and blues.
I've done a search of the archives, but haven't really found any solid answers.
