We always used Bruel & Kjear (B&K) and General Radio (GR) in the lab, but I'm guessing these might be more costly than your equipment. For practical speaker work an RS meter should be more than adequate. Your fooling yourself if you think you're measuring anything in the 20 kHz region except in an anechoic environment.db
