Is The AV 123 Speakers Using A VMPS Ribbon ?

I can't keep up with everything, there are SO many new speakers coming out lately.
I saw this speaker on AudioGon, and it LOOKS to have a single ribbon that LOOKS like the ones in my VMPS RM 40's.
I went to the AV 123 web page, and their ribbon only goes down to 650 HZ, as opposed to my 4 RM 40 ribbons that go down farher in frequency.
My God, the AV 123 speaker even has a spiral ribbon tweeter, and so does my RM 40's.
