Both are very fine speakers. I auditioned them both (among others) and went with the Paradigm Signature S2. What they sound like with a tube amp I couldn't say. Your amp probably has a relatively high output impedance which would affect the sound at the speakers.The S2 is about 3dB more sensitive, but then its impedance gets somewhat lower, too. In any case, try them out with your own amp and see how you like them.
