somewhat, think more will be hi-eff horns -wave guilds but also ribbons a few hi-eff ones about already.Life style systems will be wireless and the speakers might use the air itself as a driver.Or arrays of computer controled drivers.But for hi-end music use I would say horns and such more hi-eff less power hungrey loudspeakers. When one can run large hi-eff rigs off cheap batt powered amps how long before the giant power and cash sucking amps are history seems a waste of resources to me.
