AR 4x Grill Removal

What is the secret to this. I think one of mine has a tweeter gone bad or maybe just a wire. I gave it a little try by prying on the grills,but I don't think they want to come off. Please let me know best and safest way to get this done. I'm all thumbs! Thanks Joe
