I have a pair of Polk audio speakers that I am fixing up for a friend. They are 2 ways with a passive radiator. The crossover consists of a very large aircore inductor a smaller one; a wirewound 2ohm 10% 5w resistor, and 2 caps. I want to replace the caps, one says:
AC
TS1-8513
PXC34LP50TF
34uf-50VAC
Can sommeone reccomend a replacement for this?
The second one says:
TI
E-0012-1
12J100v
Mexico
Any help here? These both seem to be non-polar, but are there crossover specific caps or will any non-polar cap with a reasonable rating work? How does AC voltage compare to DC voltage?
Thanks for any help.
