My wife's a lawyer. I meet a lot of lawyers. I was just at an international conference in Amsterdam with a whole mess of lawyers. Some of them were assholes. Most of the lawyers I've met seem like OK folks, not much different than anybody else aside from working long hours and earning a pretty decent salary. I'm not defending Dui - I don't know him. But using a wide brush to condemn entire groups of people is far too easy, and not too accurate.
