Not letting you play your CDs was just plain wrong... period. The manufacturer and/or distributor of the speakers should be able to help you get things resolved. At this point I would ask for a no-questions-asked, no-obligation, in-your-home audition for a month. Hell, I would even make em bring the speakers to your house and pick them up after you are done with them. Also would ask for an appology in writing from the dick head who would not let you play your CDs.
