DO NOT give your money to the assholes. There is no excuse for any shop to treat A CUSTOMER like they treated you. To many dealers think buying from them is an honor for the customer. These jerks are bad for the audio industry and deserve to find a new line of work. It's amazing to me some of the dealers audio manufactures let represent there products. Dynaudio as well as the owners of that store should be ashamed of themselves. Plenty of good people in this industry to deal with. Give them your money and let the jerks rot in Hell.
