The TACT 2.2X is really the magic bullet here, but Behringer will get you much of the way there cheaply.Build a couple of 11 CF vented cabinets for the Leviathans and be done...
According to the site, "this provides flat frequency response to 19 Hz, and an f3 of about 16 Hz"
