I have had the Diluceo's for a couple of months, and love what they do. In my room they do go down lower than 55 hz, probably in the 40's, and the only thing missing is the deep deep stuff. I have mine hooked up to my REL Strata III and crossed over at about 34 hz, on the dial, which is not accurate by the way. A buddy has loaned me his Marchand crossover, so I am now playing with that to see what crossing them at 80hz does. Too early to tell. Bottom line, is that the Diluceo is very clear (hence the name Diluceo in latin). For a good monitor it would be these or the VMPS 626R for me.
