My Focal woofers need help!

I have a pair of Focal 8K516j 8 inch Kevlar woofers. The cones and voice coils have been damaged beyond repair. I picked up replacement woofers years ago(they are long discontinued). They are such nice baskets, so I would like to get them reconed but Orca(the North American distributer, I think) says there is no reconing kit available.
Does anyone know what I can do with them, and no, they won't fit up there!
