Silica Sand pours like sugar, is very clean and is cheap. I found mine at a landscape supply company. $5 for a 100 lb. bag!Other sand has a lot of dirt and impurities in it. Not something I wish to bring in my home. Plus it is very hard to pour and has lumps and small rocks in it.
