It didn't exist then and it SHOULDN'T now. I count 1-10 as the years have always done, there was no year zero.
When do you consider the first decade that started in a zero? And what year went adrift?
When people talk about the 60s they usually start in 1963... WOW... TIME SLIDE!!!
