Not heard much of Yoakham but I loved the album Buenos Nochas from a Lonely Room and in particular Streets of Bakersfield. I did immediately hear the influence when I watched a series on the BBC which had an article about Buck Owens.

I just love that accordian and those vocal ticks. Superb.
