I know talent when I see it...I just got his 2nd solo this week, Kasey is on it and her pop produced it. A bit more "pop" than the first but I love them both. One station here plays him, but only rarely. Have you heard David Kilgour? A Kiwi who had a band called The Clean back awhile. I have a solo CD of his that is pretty darn good. The Far Now is the title and there is a terrific song called Wave Of Love that is just great and a song that sounds exactly like Country Joe--Out Of The Moment--
It was your fault I bought this. I called a DJ on the local college station (KZSU) who plays alot of very cool stuff and asked if he could play the first two cuts off of Born, Sandy, Devotional and he had not heard them but play them he did...He then came on to say how stunning those two songs were and that the Triffids were from OZ and blah blah blah. Then he said that the person who requested those 2 songs (yers truly) might also like David Kilgour....And so now we get to the present time and Kilgour is something that you may like Dave.
