Live at Leeds By the great John Martyn includes the last known performance by one Paul Kossoff, who was a great mate of John's but couldn't get a gig due to his er...erratic behaviour...ahem.
Rumour has it that his playing was so bad that John had to remove most of it..But you can still hear him wailin' away in the background.
Buy "Solid Air" title track written for poor old Nick Drake, if you want to hear the best of John Martyn. "Solid Air" was voted in top 10 ALLTIME UK 'chill-out' records recently. Highly recommended.
