yeah - well - Dead.net owes me a refund for a t-shirt they didn't ship when I ordered the vinyl box set - been a month - called three times - it's now "escalated" so I can get my credit - person on phone said the Dave's picks screw up is taking priority - what a joke. Now I know why people have said Dead's service is atrocious... just ridiculous - how hard is it to issue a ccard refund - takes 5 seconds...
but - I'll probably order stuff from them again... sigh...
