The Kubelik is wonderful and IMHO he best projects Janacek's almost embarrassing sense of ecstasy.I've listened to more than a few other performances and no one comes close to Kubelik to the end of the Gloria, especially after the grand pause. I love the, er, blissful abandon on the Amen's and his uniquely throbbing trombones.
Try Jansons from 10:20 to end below, some of the most thrillng music every written, but still, Kubelik is most electric here, IMHO.
To be fair, it turns out that Kubelik padded the upward flourish of low strings (10:25) with trombones, IIRC, which makes everyone else sound weak at that point.
Recording is merely OK. I've been debating about trying Gardiner's with the Bergen on Chandos.
