The most memorable concerts I ever heard were all at Symphony Hall Boston:
1. Elgar Dream of Gerontius, Sir Colin Davis, 1982
2. Elgar Dream of Gerontius, Sir Colin Davis, 2007
3. Elgar Violin Concerto, Joseph Silverstein Farewell Concert, 1984?
and an honorable mention (in view of my obvious bias) to:
4. Arturo Delmoni, Mendelssohn Violin Concerto, John Williams/Boston Pops, 1986?
Non-classical:
1. Jane Olivor, Providence Performing Arts Center, 1982?
