Anyone stream or download her Sibelius/Tchaikovsky yet?
The opening of the Sibelius is gorgeous, shimmering Dresden strings too!
Way too many violinists recording the war-horses these days, but Batiashvili seems to be a standout.
Was also interested in Jansen's Brahms VC--critics like it--but then B's done it too, with the Dresden. Hmmm.
