I have problems working through even a 10 CD box set. It doesn't suit my way of selecting music which is very much in accordance with my "muse" at the time.

It also strikes me that out of x hundred recordings it is very likely that a large proportion will not be the finest as practical licensing precludes this. So, from an enthusiast's point of view, it's likely to be a cherry picking exercise.

So, not for me, but I do understand the point made by the compiler (producr?) that this set is meant for institutions. May lots of them buy it.
