Have you listened over headphones? You can hear that the piano is not panned hard-right. That note at 1:52 still emanates from somewhere between center and right, but there is a sort of echo a little towards the left. I wonder if it's some sort of reflection or resonance in the recording site at that particular frequency??I haven't noticed anything routinely odd about piano notes seeming to spring from a horizontal location where I wouldn't expect them in decent piano recordings.
