I'm still continuing with my Pletnev exclusion (ask Amphissa about it), so I've gone with Gergiev/LSO in the Scriabin Poem of Ecstasy (and I think Gergiev's recording is great, although, I would guess, probably not so opulently recorded as the Pentatone - and that counts for a lot in this piece. LOL!).
I appreciate your write-up of the other albums too. (Well, maybe except for your snarky Mravinsky comment!)
