...it's about not wanting to sound like you just stepped out of a museum. You know, being actually creative, having a voice of your own--just like all the other greats that ever were. No great artists today? GMAB. History has never been kind to such criticisms and there's no reason to think that the human race mysteriously lost the ability to create great art some time in the 20th Century. The problem here isn't with the artists.
