Home Music Lane

It's all about the music, dude! Sit down, relax and listen to some tunes.

I've come under the spell of Ruth Ziesak for the last few years

Beyond the Baroque and Classical eras, she has an interesting selection of unusual repertoire too. (Just do a search on her at Amazon.) She also appears in some recordings of the Mahler symphonies: No. 2 (with Blomstedt/SFS), No. 4 (with Gatti/RPO), and No. 8 (with Chailly/RCOA). Of course, there's a lot of screaming in the Mahler Eighth! ;-)
