I haven't heard the CD yet. I've had mixed results with recordings by Kitajenko. He recorded the 1st and 3rd Symphonies with the Moscow Symphony Orchestra. I wasn't crazy about his take on the 1st, but then I rarely am pleased with recordings of the 1st.
