I had a falling out with a friend because I told him that burning recordings from smalls and youtube is akin to stealing. He is of the opinion that musicians don't care if someone takes their music off the internet. He went from 15.00 a CD being to high to 11.99 to 9.99 to now he buys a few things off amazon but would rather recorded music for free and not pay for it. Its a shame. A long time jazz friend but he did not like that fact that I disagreed. He was upset up about ads popping up on youtube which interfered with his CD burning.
