You can download the audio from anything on youtube. There are two ways to do this--either get a youtube downloader extension for your browser, or go to a website that extracts the audio and allows you to download it as an mp3. There are several of these websites, e.g., http://www.youtube-mp3.org/ or http://www.listentoyoutube.com).
But be aware that you won't be getting great audio quality from youtube--these are low-res *(typically 128 kbps) mp3 files.
There are a number of sites where you can LEGALLY download audio, but you'd be paying for it, e.g., hdtracks.com.
