If you didn't see my post below, I'm a big fan of Bartok's solo piano music, very tonal on the whole, but very original and interesting. (Maybe because the very first thing I ever played on the piano was Book I of Mikrokosmos.) AND --- there's a beautiful Hungarian pianist who does a fine job with it (imo)!! I'm not going to toss Gyorgy Sandor and Zoltan Kocsis in the trash, but, glad to have found Klara Wurtz.
