Saw it in many places when that set came out, can't remember now, sorry. But I see no sign of any "second volume" of RCA Living Stereo releases on amazon. It's all quite a mystery.
Edit: OK, if you click on the links to each of the individual CDs, you can see this Korean-made box collection was made with the Soundmirror tapes. But I also remember reading this in the audio/music media at the time.
