rlindsa, which would you say is the better in terms of the recording quality? I would guess these are not recent. Perhaps they have been remastered?
Frihed89, likewise with Bream, is the recording good?
30 years ago or so, I saw Bream play in the music recital hall at the University of Texas, Austin. It's a very elaborate and large hall. I went on a last minute whim and was thus relegated to the last row in the balcony, and could barely see him. Mr. Bream did not use any sort of amplification. I heard every wonderful note with perfect clarity.
