Have had this for a while but have not had serious listens as I own this material in many formats and past reissues. I have been reading that this remaster is the best with "sweet highs" but somehow in my setup with some Sylvania 6SN7 GT's in a Cary pre, I find the highs shrill and bright. My previous listening of the same discs with National Union 6SN7 GT's in the same positions were alright (the NU's have a darker character so Miles' harmon mute is prob less piercing) though not as breathtaking as some reviews I have read.

Anyone else have the same experience or is it only me?
