By mistake I've posted this on Hi-Rez, I've got a few interesting rplies but I am sure that further ones will comes the the Music Lane
So here is the question.
One of my fav Debussy cd's (2) are the Debussy preludes by Paul Jacobs
I am thinking of buying "the Etudes" as well as the Schoenberg "Piano music" also played by Paul Jacobs, do you think that I am a little too adventurous, in general "Etudes" seem to be more complex and modern
and Schoenberg "Piano music" maybe a little too "out" for me, even if I think that they may well be worth investigating, and that the sound clips
did not shock me too much.
Basically I want to explore Paul Jacobs further, so any suggestions are welcomed, oh I see that he has a Messiaen piano cd too??
