The Eroica Quartet has made a couple of CD's worth; the one with Op. 74, 95, and 135 is superb. There is also an excellent CD of Op. 18/4 and one of the op. 59 quartets (can't remember which) with the Schuppanzigh Quartet.

Not much else available, ASAIK.
